   Submit your custom request through the Custom Order Form or contact form.
   
2. 
   Once your design and details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent for payment.
   
3. 
   Work begins after payment is received.
   

⏳ Turnaround Time

Custom order processing time is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Rush requests may be available for an additional fee — please ask before ordering.

💕 Design & Approval

I’ll share photos or updates during the process if requested. Once a design is approved and in progress, no changes can be made.

💳 Payment & Refunds

All custom orders are final sale — no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once work has started.
