🧶 Return & Refund Policy

At Creations by Cruz, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade products, returns and refunds are limited — but your satisfaction is always important to me!

✨ Returns

• Ready-made-to-order items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Custom Orders: All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, please email artcreationsbycruz@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don't hesitate to get in touch with me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
