📦 Processing Time

All items are handmade with care!

• Made-to-Order Items (non-custom): Processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after your order is placed.

• Custom Order Requests: Processing times vary depending on complexity. Please allow 1–3 weeks for creation before shipping.
  You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (U.S. only)
  Currently, I only ship within the United States.

🌍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🎁 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an item is shipped, delivery times are out of my control. If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number. I’m happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.

💕 Local Pickup

If you’re local, you can choose free local pickup at checkout (when available). I’ll contact you via email to schedule a convenient pickup time.
